Use this page to request deletion of your Anjiy account and personal data.

How To Request Deletion

Email privacy@anjiy.tech from the email address linked to your Anjiy account with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

What To Include

Your full name.
The email address or phone number linked to your Anjiy account.
A short statement confirming that you want your account deleted.

What Happens Next

We will verify the request, delete or de-identify data that is no longer required, and confirm completion by email. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, audit, or healthcare-record obligations.

Timeline

We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days after verification.
